Delivery times are business days and exclude customs clearance. Rural and remote areas may add 2–4 days. Exact rates are confirmed with each quote.
Cold-chain packaging
Lyophilized peptides are temperature-stable at ambient for 14+ days. We use insulated boxes with phase-change material for extended protection.
Insulated shippers
EPS foam boxes with reflective outer lining. Rated for 72-hour temperature hold.
Gel ice packs
Phase-change packs conditioned to 2–8°C. Pre-frozen and sealed before dispatch.
Temp indicators
Stick-on indicators shift color if internal temp exceeds 8°C. Verify on arrival.
Discreet outer
No external product or company branding on the package. Plain courier packaging.
Customs & documentation
Every shipment includes the documents customs officers ask for. Declared as "research reagents / laboratory chemicals — non-hazardous, non-controlled".
Commercial Invoice
HS code, declared value, country of origin, Importer of Record.
Packing List
SKU, quantity, lot number, batch IDs per box.
MSDS
Material Safety Data Sheet for each product, signed and dated.
Certificate of Analysis
HPLC chromatogram + MS confirmation per lot.
Research-Use Affidavit
Signed statement of intended laboratory use (on request).
Import Permit (if required)
Some jurisdictions require permits. We advise before shipment.

QC + packaging
Each lot is QC-checked. Products are packed into cold-chain shippers within 1–3 business days.
Dispatch
Tracking number emailed. Carrier scans the package within 24 hours of dispatch.
In transit
Real-time tracking visible on carrier website. We monitor for any delays or anomalies.
Delivery
Signature required. Temp indicator checked at receipt. CoA delivery confirmation by email.
Shipping restrictions
Research peptide imports are regulated. We cannot ship to:
- Countries under comprehensive UN sanctions (North Korea, Iran, Syria, Crimea region)
- Personal-use addresses (PO boxes are accepted for institutional orders only)
- Jurisdictions requiring additional import permits that the buyer cannot obtain
