For bulk orders (≥20 boxes), we can arrange independent verification at a third-party lab of your choice (Eurofins, SGS, Charles River, etc.). The cost is split between both parties, and lab selection must be mutually agreed upon before shipment.

• Two trade references or a credit check ($35 fee, refunded on first order)
• Initial NET-30 limit set after first successful transaction

We provide all standard customs documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, MSDS, and CoA. In the rare event a shipment is held, we work directly with the broker and provide supplementary documents. PepNexa does not charge for replacement shipments delayed by customs beyond 30 days.

Due to the nature of research materials, opened or temperature-compromised vials cannot be returned. Unopened boxes in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for store credit (less 15% restocking fee). If a CoA shows purity below our published standard, we replace the lot at no cost or issue a full refund.

PepNexa sells exclusively to verified research institutions, biotech companies, and licensed laboratories. We require institutional affiliation (university, hospital research dept., R&D company) before fulfilling orders. Individual consumer purchases are not supported, and we do not provide medical or veterinary advice.
